We provide our customers with several shipping methods using UPS shipping service. We ship orders via UPS Standard Shipping and rates are based upon a flat shipping weight and is calculated by your shipping Zip Code. During checkout your shipping cost will automatically be calculated through UPS and displayed in your shopping cart.
Some small package orders will be shipped via USPS, and these rates will be posted in your shopping cart, during the checkout process. We also offer a variety express shipping services, which may change from time-to-time. Please see the current express shipping offerings during your checkout process.
To estimate your delivery date of in-stock items for express delivery, please add one business day to the above delivery times. For example, if you order an in-stock item by noon Monday-Friday and choose UPS 3 Day Select, you will receive your item in 4 business days. Please note UPS does not deliver on weekends.
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation. If you shipped via UPS, your email will contain a tracking number you may use to track your order. You can then track your order from the UPS Internet tracking site.

Post office boxes, apo and fpo addresses
All packages will be sent via the united states postal service.
We value your privacy and every precaution is taken to keep your shopping experience a private one. All orders are packaged in plain unmarked boxes with only a shipping label.
Our lingerie products are designed and manufactured with the finest quality materials and workmanship. We are confident that you will be extremely satisfied with the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please obtain a return authorization and simply return the product to us. We will exchange or refund the retail price of the product according to our return policy below.
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise must be received in resaleable condition. Call (888) 530-2727 to obtain an rma for product exchanges and returns. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
To request an exchange or refund please submit your request for return authorization to email@example.com . We will reply to your request within 2 business days. We reserve the right to refuse returns without a return authorization number.
